Sydney Yearling Sales: In Australia, Standardbred yearling sales for the harness racing industry are primarily organised and run by two major bloodstock companies: Nutrien Equine Standardbred & Australian Pacing Gold. Traditionally held annually between February and April, the sales environment is experiencing a significant shift as APG has announced a transition to an entirely online marketplace beginning with the 2027 sales season. Meanwhile, physical auctions continue via Nutrien Equine with it's Sydney Sale date for 2027 being 7 March.
